Bella's Page

Bella is our 6th dobe & was born here. Our dogs, Angel & Loki are her parents. The minute I saw her, I knew she would be staying so it was no surprise to me when my hubby said "let's keep her". Bella has a very interesting personality. She is smart, funny & mischievous all in one. She also knows how to be "daddy's little girl". She is a spoiled princess. She loves to hug & kiss her daddy. But what makes people laugh is when they see a 75 lb. dobe being carried. She wraps her paws around Sean's neck just like a kid. And all Sean has to say is "Bella, who's your daddy?" & she runs & jumps up & always lands in his arms. Bella just has one of those personalities that makes a person see that dogs can understand us more than people realize. Bella can also smile. Sean will tell her to smile & she wags her tail & raises both sides of her lips & it really looks like she is smiling. It is comical & always gets a laugh out of us. Then, of course, it is like she did her job making us smile so she showers us with kisses! Bella is also a water dog. All summer long she is either in her pool, the pond, or river. She enjoys being wet & loves getting everyone else wet. She will run & jump in the pool & make a big splash if any of the other dogs are near it. If you watch Bella, you can see she enjoys life to the fullest. She will play all day long & fall asleep at bedtime, exhausted from her day, but she is happy to get up & do it all over again the next day. Bella makes us feel young at heart & makes sure we enjoy life.
