This page is all about kids and dobes.  Many people think that dobes are not good with kids.  The truth is that they can be just as good as any other dog.  They are sweet and loving companions.  We do not have kids so our dogs haven't been raised daily with them.  However, our dogs still love kids very much.  When my nephews were  5 and 3,  they stayed with us for a few months and our dogs were great with them.  The poor kids could hardly ever sit on the couch without a dog trying to sit in their lap and give them lots of kisses.  We also have friends that come over with their kids and the dogs love them too.  As you all know, trying to get photos of kids and dogs can be a tough thing,,,lol.  But we try to snap a great pic whenever possible.  You will see that dobes love kids & just love to be near them.   If you visit this page and happen to have your own pictures of dobes and kids, we would be glad to post them here.  Just email them to us.
